Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with ASA I,II,III GRADE 2) Patients with schedule of surgery for more than 2 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing surgeries of oral cavity and pharynx with anticipated difficult airway. 2. Use of nasogastric tube and throat packs. 3. History of smoking, history of Bronchial Asthma and COPD. 4. Using corticosteroids before surgery. 5. Intubation attempts more than once. 6. Patient refusal in participation in the study. 7. Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics.
