Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: with mild to moderate TMJ dysfunction (according to Fonseca Questionnaire) and were willing to participate in the process were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those not lying in the given age group, with severe TMJ dysfunction and with recent oral surgeries were excluded.
