Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all Multigravida patient admitted in KLES DR PRABHAKAR KORE HOSPITAL & MRC, BELAGAVI above 28 weeks who have previously delivered   vaginally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENT NOT WILLING FOR PARTICIPATE IN THE STUDY MULTIGRAVIDA PATIENT WITH GESTATIONAL AGE LESS THAN 28 WEEKS
