Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post Myocardial infarction patients. 2. Age (18-65 years). 3. Patients who are available and willing to participate in the study during data collection. 4. Patients who can understand Hindi or English language. 5. Patients who have a mobile phone. 6. Patients who are able to come to the hospital for follow up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Critically ill patients (CKD, ESRD, MODS, COPD). 2. Patients with Class IV Killip heart failure. 3. Patients with Hearing impairment or deafness.
