Inclusion criteria: All patients aged more than 14years on mechanical ventilator for more than 24hrs in ICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Age less than 14 2)on Mechanical ventilation for less than 24hrs 3)Tracheostomised patients
