Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute MI patients more than 18 years of age presenting to our hospital either through the Tele-ECG pathway or through the usual pathway.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse to give consent. Pregnant women.

Major adverse cardiovascular outcomes (MACE) which includes all-cause mortality, non-fatal MI, stroke.Timepoint: 6 months follow up
