Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient having alternating symptom or alternating state of illness 2)Both male and female 3)All age groups 4)Patients giving written consent to participate in the study. 5)Patients who can read Hindi/Bengali/English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients unwilling to give consent 2)Patient doesnâ??t have alternating symptom or alternating state of illness 3)Patients having medical emergency 4)Patients requiring surgical operation 5)Pregnant and lactating women 6)Patients undergoing homoeopathic treatment elsewhere 7)Substance abuse and / or dependence

The outcome assessment of the patients shall be calculated as per changes in MYMOP 2 score. Measure Yourself Medical Outcome Profile (MYMOP-2) (Initial) and MYMOP-2 (Follow-up).
