: 800 mg of curcumin daily in two divided doses for 6 month. and 4 mg of lycopene daily in two divided doses will be given for 6 months

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: size of leukoplakic Patch is not less than 1cm. Person willing to sign written informed consent and to discontinue any other treatment. otherwise physically healthy person and well oriented to time place.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic illness like hepatic, renal or cardiac dysfunction. 2. Pregnancy or any kind of allergy. 3. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus 4. Patient not ready to quit smoking
