Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Term pregnant female ,Primary gravidaSingleton pregnancy,Pfannenstiel incision, ASA physical status I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal to participate • ASA grade 3 or 4 ,Patient with coagulopathy, anatomical abnormalities, localized infection, who used anticoagulants or were unable to comprehend or use the verbal rating pain scoring system, Patients with ASA III and IV.
