Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient age 18 â?? 65 years 2. Undergoing intracranial neurosurgery with anticipated blood loss of >15% blood volume and requiring red blood cell transfusion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-operative Hb 2. Heart failure, Renal failure, Pregnancy
