Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with onset/presentation of primary hyperparathyroidism at less than or equal to 20 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other causes of parathormone (PTH)-dependent (for example familial hypocalciuric hypercalcemia) or PTH-independent hypercalcemia

The clinical features, biochemical characteristics, functional and anatomical imaging, DXA scan, genetic profile, management and outcomes of young patients with primary hyperparathyroidism will be assessedTimepoint: Baseline- pre-operative, immediate post-operative and over duration of the patients follow up, till last follow up date
