Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI according to age related normative values according to IAP chart(gender-specific BMI-for-age percentile curves) For obese children, BMI > 20.5-23.8 in boys and BMI. >21.9-25.6 in girls. And for normal children, BMI >16.4-18.5 in boys and BMI >16.5-19.1 in girls.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with any recent history of surgery. 2. Children having any musculoskeletal (deformities, joint pain, muscle spasm etc.), neuromuscular (cerebral palsy, Duchene Muscle Dystrophy, Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, spina bifida etc.), metabolic disorders, psychological disorder (anxiety disorders, depression etc.), allergic conditions, genetic disorders, carcinoma etc. 3. Children participating in specialised training activities outside school for any sports, going to any workout or yoga class. 4. Child is currently on medications like Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIâ??s), Benzodiazepines, allergy medications, muscle relaxants etc.
