Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. able to read and understand Kannada or English 2. adolescent girls studying in 8th standard or 9th standard at Government High schools
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: •underwent surgeries in past 6 months •students undergoing martial arts training •with chronic health problem like kidney disease, liver disease etc.
