Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) patients with progressive disease who have completed definitive treatment - OSCC patients coming with a local recurrence after a disease-free interval of more than 6 months, who are not amenable for any standard treatment - Adult patients above the age of 18 years - Patients with good physical performance status - Patients who are able to give an informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients who can have conventional anti-cancer therapy - Patients who are not willing to participate in the trial - Patients who have grade IV Trismus - Patients with poor performance status - Patients who are younger than 18 years - Patients who are unable to give an informed consent due to poor mental status
