Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult patients with age 18yrs and above, diagnosis of aneurysmal SAH posted for endovascular coiling will be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)SAH due to any cause other than aneurysm 2)Poor grade SAH with a rebleed 3)Chronic Renal Failure (CRF), 4)Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) 5)Prolonged use of diuretic drugs, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, corticosteroids 6)Poorly controlled endocrine dysregulations (poorly controlled DM, DI, steroid hormone/aldosterone disturbances, thyroid disorders) •Associated H/o moderate or severe traumatic brain injury.

1. To assess the impact of perioperative sodium imbalance on neurological outcome at three months (GOSE) in patients with aneurysmal SAH undergoing endovascular coilingTimepoint: At 3months following endovascular coiling coiling

1. To assess the perioperative incidence of imbalance in sodium and potassium in patients with aneurysmal SAH undergoing endovascular coiling 2. To assess the neurological outcome at discharge measured by MRS Timepoint: Day 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and at discharge
