Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, classified as relapsing remitting, or primary/secondary progressive • Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS)score of = 6 • Reduced walking ability (subjectively experienced)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • participation in a similar intervention in the last 6 months • cognitive impairments (MoCA • pregnancy at the time of examination • exacerbation within 2 weeks prior to enrolment. • People with any other self-reported medical or neurologic conditions that might affect gait or interfere with study procedures. • persons with a level of ataxia, clinically assessed, that would affect their ability to perform the training. • spasticity requiring stretching or treatment with baclofen. • Other, not MS-related, conditions affecting walking ability.
