Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Anesthesia resident doctors who are working in the COVID 19 division of the hospital included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who were practicing pranayama and meditation or any form of relaxation yogic technique were excluded from the study.
