Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20-70 years ASA-1,2 Euthyroid at the time of surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known history of sensitivity and contraindication to drugs used,presence of coagulopathy,infection at the site of block,neurological deficits,psychiatric illness,patients on analgesics for chronic ailments

MeasureTime frame
To compare the intraoperative hemodynamics between injection levobupivacaine alone and in combination with dexamethasone or dexmedetomidine in bilateral superficial cervical plexuses blockTimepoint: baseline and every 10mins vitals uptil end of surgery.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare postoperative analgesia between 3 groups,To study timing of first analgesic request and total analgesic consumption during first 12 hourTimepoint: pain assessment every hour for 1st 6 hours and every 2hours for next 6 hours
