Intervention1: Chandanadi cream: Group A ( preventive group)(Investigator): Chandanadi cream 10gm for each time for external application over the abdomen , after bath in the morning in primi gravida

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 .Primi Gravida with gestational age of 16th to 20th weeks and having no any symptoms of Kikkisa for preventive group. 2. Primi gravida with gestational age of 18th -28th weeks and having one or more prodromal symptoms or clinical features of Kikkisa for curative group. 3 .Age 18-35 years pregnant women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multi gravida. 2. Skin diseases due to other causes . 3. Hydramnios and twin pregnancy 4. Pregnancy with huge fibroid or ovarian cyst 5. Systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus , hypertension , 6. Tuberculosis etc.
