Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with any of the anxiety disorder (specific phobia, panic disorder, agarophobia, generalised anxiety disorder, unspecified anxiety disorder, other specified anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, anxiety disorder due to other medical conditions, substance or medication induced anxiety disorder) who are stable with routine standard treatment for anxiety disorder from psychiatry OPD. Able to read and understand English or Tamil. Willing to practice pranayama and savasana.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known case of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, cardiac diseases, renal disease, autonomic dysfunction, pulmonary disorder. Known case of other psychiatric illness. Patients who underwent yoga therapy in the past.
