Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients giving willful consent for scanning. 2. Patients undergoing surgery under Proseal LMA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient not giving consent. 2.Patient with restricted mouth opening. 3.Patient with poor lung compliance. 4.Patient with TMJ ankylosis and restricted neck movement. 5.Patient in extreme Trendelenberg position. 6.Patient with difficult airway.

1. Difficult Proseal insertionTimepoint: After 1 minute insertion of proseal LMA

1. First attempt failure of insertion 2.Time of insertion of LMA 3.NRS score for ease of placement 4.Trauma after insertion 5. Maneuvers required for placement of LMATimepoint: Outcome will be assessed after 1 min of placement and after time taken by surgery to complete.
