Inclusion criteria: BMI 18.5- 24.9 Basket Ball Players

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive Impairment Lower limb injuries in past 6 months Lower limb surgeries in past 6 months Athletes undergoing lower limb exercise training Osteoporosis Lower limb pathologies Any Systemic Disease
