Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients(0-12 years) with bilateral cataract scheduled for surgery will be enrolled

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypersensitivity to the active substances (Tropicamide, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride and Lidocaine Hydrochloride) , glaucoma and patients with synechiae or any other pupillary abnormalities.

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of intracameral mydriatic anaesthetic combination of phenylephrine (0.31%), tropicamide (0.02%) and lidocaine (1%) (Phenocaine Plus 1ml,Entod pharma, Gujarat, India) compared to topical mydriasis (tropicamide 0.8%, Phenylephrine 5% and cyclopentolate 0.5%) on pupillary expansion in pediatric cataract surgery.Timepoint: one day and one week
