Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Community dwelling older adults as well as staying in old age home. 2. Able to communicate 3. Individuals who can walk with/without assistive devices.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are not cooperative. 2. Individuals who are mentally challenged. 3. Individuals with any neurological conditions leading to fall. (Stroke, Parkinsonâ??s disease, neuropathic conditions, vestibular conditions) 4. Individuals unable to follow instructions. 5. Unstable chronic conditions. (uncontrolled DM, HTN)

To study the association between level of physical activity and physical performance with functional status by using International Physical activity questionnaire adapted for elderly, short physical performance battery test and functional independence measure scale respectively. 2.
