Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: â?ªIncludes patients with both controlled and Uncontrolled diabetes â?ª Patients aged > 18 and â?ª Fever, productive /nonproductive cough, with or without chest pain or breathlessness â?ª Those presented with a new radiographic infiltrate and/or â?ª Sputum gram staining and culture showing pathological organisms
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: â?ª Patients with age less than 18 years â?ª Patients diagnosed with HAP, VAP, Aspiration pneumonia â?ª Patients diagnosed to have tuberculosis. â?ª Patients who are HIV positive and on immunosuppressive therapy, Presence of immunosuppressive diseases (asplenia, AIDS, organ transplantation, hematological malignancies) and pregnancy
