Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Men and women aged 45 to 70 years with osteoarthritis knee , unilateral or bilateral, with Grade 2 or 3 on the Kellgren Lawrence Scale. 2.Pain score of 1 ,2 or 3 intensity as per the WOMAC scale. 3.Karnofsky performance score between 80 ââ?¬â?? 90 %.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Assisted device needed for ambulation. 2. Pregnancy. 3. Patients using prescribed footwear modification. 4. Any intra-articular injection within last 3 months.

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome measure- Foot progression angle from gait analysis . Timepoint: Baseline , 3 months t progression angle from gait analysis .

Secondary Outcome measure- Pain and Functional improvement determined by Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC)modified (Centre for Rheumatic Disease) CRD PUNE VERSION . Timepoint: Baseline , 3 months
