Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the study would be as follow 1. Pre-menopausal women between the age group of 35 and 55 years 2. With no other medical complications 3. Self declared as PCOS / based Rotterdam Criteria 4. BMI > 30 5. Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for the study would be as follows: 1. Women 55 years 2. Known CVD, diabetes, hypertension, and any other non-communicable diseases 3. Women with an immediate past history of COVID 19 and other communicable diseases 4. Women with BMI 5. Not willing to participate 6. Women practising yoga or any other similar practices during last 3 months
