Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient suffering from kati-sandhighat vata(lumber spondylosis) irrespective to demographic area. patient between age group 30-70 years of both sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, R.A. (Rheumatoid arthritis) positive. 2. Other diseases like paralysis, Parkinsonâ??s disease, severe anemia, malignancy. 3. Patients below 30 years and above 70 years. 4. Pregnancy 6. Heart disease(IHD,CCF)
