Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lesions involving oral cavity, PNS tumours and Larynx and hypopharynx with/without flap reconstruction 2. Adults > 18 years 3. Elective surgery in TMH

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lesions involving thyroid, parotid, endoscopic surgery and base of skull and craniofacial surgery 2. Pregnancy and lactating women

compliance with ERP elements and postoperative complications (Clavien Dindo classification) in patients undergoing elective head and neck cancer surgeryTimepoint: Preoperative, Intraoperative, Postoperative until discharge from hospital and at 3 months after surgery
