Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Currently using smokeless tobacco (SLT) only. b. Using SLT for atleast one year, and consumed any form of SLTatleast once a week. c. Above 18 years of age. d. Willing to quit SLT use. e. Willing to give written informed consent for the study. f. Having a working mobile contact number and knowing to operate the mobile phone. g. Able to understand and read Hindi or English language.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Currently using smoking form of tobacco only. b. Currently using dual tobacco (both smoking and smokeless forms of tobacco). c. Notwilling to written informed consent for the study. d. Diagnosed with serious mental disorder (bipolar and/or psychotic disorder, etc.). e. Individuals with concurrent dependence on other substances such as cocaine or heroin.
