Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i)Adolescent girl with mild to moderate degree of premenstrual syndrome . ii) School girls with history of regular menstrual cycle. iii) Girls who are likely to have their menstrual period within one week of pretest . iv) Those who will give consent . v) Able to speak English or odia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) Girls with spasm and injuries, fracture. ii) Girls who are under treatment of any gynecological disorder . iii) Girls who takes any remedies for premenstrual syndrome .
