Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individual doing daily Yoga practice more than 45 minutes since last 6 months 2.Individual willing to participate and giving informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individual taking any medicine for hypertension, diabetes mellitus, PCOD, hyperlipidemia or other diseases which are related to metabolic health. 2.Individual not willing to participate and giving informed consent. 3.Individual having any other major illness which inhibits daily yoga practice. 4.Any other criteria other than inclusion criteria
