Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Consented patients of Cervical and Head and Neck post operative setting 2 Age 20 to 70 years Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance scale ECOG less than 2 3 Acceptable Baseline Haematological and biochemical parameters Hb more than 8mg per dl WBC more than 4 billion Platelet 150 billion Urea less than 40mg per dl Creatinine less than 1.5mg per dl Total bilirubin less than 1mg per dl SGOT and SGPT less than 50 IU per ml
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Uncontrolled Diabetic and Hypertensive patients 2 K/C/O of Hyperlipidemia Thyroid 3 AnyMajor Illness 4 Secondary Cancer patient 5 Recurrent cancer
