Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. female partner age > or equal to 35 years 2. One or more implantation failures 3. Male factor infertility requiring ICSI 4. Patients giving consent for TE biopsy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Young patients 2. Patient not giving consent for intervention
