Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals within age group of 18 to 60 years. 2. The individual must have completed formal education up to class 12. 3. The individual should be able to understand English language. 4. Individuals with Beck Depression Inventory score of >13 will be classified in depressed adults group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Obesity [body mass index (BMI) >30 kg/m2], Any known case of neurological disease, Any terminal disease, Alcohol abuse or dependence in the last 2 years, participating in competitive sports activity.
