Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 35 to 42 weeks gestation newborns Weight 2.5 to 4 kgs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonates of diabetic mother Neonates whose mother having history of taking anticonvulsants Babies of APGAR score less than 7 at 5 minutes Babies who require exchange transfusion Ionised calcium less than 1 mol/ L before phototherapy
