Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Recreational athletes. 2)Athletes presenting with complaints of recurrent pain in the knee, pain following a duration of rest, discomfort at rest, swelling, instability, reduced range of motion in the knee joint, hampering sports performance. 3)Grade I or II on Kellgren and Lawrence classification, on radiograph investigation, confirmed and referred by an Orthopaedician or a Rheumatologist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Recent trauma or injury to the knee or the lower limb in the past 3 months. 2)Patients who have undergone lower limb surgeries in the past 4 months.
