Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Peri and post menopausal women with Abnormal uterine bleeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical ,ovarian or vaginal pathologies Established endometrial carcinoma Post hysterectomy women Women on HRT Women on anticoagulants Women with bleeding disorders Trauma to genital tract IUCD in situ Decubitus ulcer

Uterine artery doppler velocimetric indices v/s histopathology report- The Resistance index of uterine artery to differentiate between benign and malignant endometrium The Pulsatility index of uterine artery to differentiate between benign and malignant endometrium Timepoint: Every 4 weeks and at the end of 2 years
