Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Hemiplegic patients with the age group of 31 to 60 years of age. 2)Patients admitted with first acute attack and are able to stand. 3) Patients affected with hemiplegia for a short duration (0-4months). 4) Conscious, oriented patients who are willing to give consent. 5) Patients who understand Odia or English.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Hemiplegia due to neurological disorders other than stroke. 2) Hemiplegic patients who are undergoing alternative therapies like massaging, reflexology, etc. 3) Patients who have ulcers or wounds in affected extremities.
