Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Similar Lund MacKay scoring on both the sides sinuses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of previous Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery or polypectomy 2.Patients with fungal rhino sinusitis, unilateral sinus disease. 3.Patients undergoing surgery for orbital or intracranial complications of rhinosinusitis. 4.Patient not willing for the study .
