Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed having Parikartika (fissure in ano) Patients having age 18 to 60 years irrespective of gender will be selected Patients of Parikartika with systemic diseases like K/C/O Diabetes and Hypertension which are well under control were also included in the study Patients with pregnancy will be also included Jirna Parikartika After screening for COVID 19 in COVID 19 screening OPD, Patients will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having Parikartika (Fissure-in-Ano) secondary to Ulcerative colitis, Chronâ??s disease, Syphilis, Tuberculosis and CA of rectum

To compare the efficacy of Sarpi Madhu pichu and Jatyadi Ghrita pichu in Parikartika within 14 daysTimepoint: Difference in bleeding, pain and position of ulcer follow will be taken on day 1 day 3 day 7 day 14
