Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients(age >18years,ASA physical status 1to4),with pre-existing neurological diseases scheduled to undergo elective/emergency non-neurological surgery will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant patients and the patients who do not consent to participate will be excluded from the study.

The aim of the study is to know the peri operative course of adult patients who have pre -existing neurological disorders and are sheduled to undergo non-neurological surgery.The objective will be to record the associated co-morbidities,medication management,intraoperative events,post operative complications in such patients.Timepoint: Preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative and 30 days postoperative—
