Inclusion criteria: a)60 Patients will be selected having sign and symptoms of Manyastambh b) Patients of either sex. c) Patients in age group of 21-60 years d) Willingness of patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 21 years and above 60 years of age. Patients with a) Neoplastic cause b) Accidental case c) Infective pathology- HIV, Meningitis d) Neurological complications e) Rheumatoid Arthritis f)Avabahuk, Vishvachi g)UncontrolledHypertension,Diabetesmellitus,Cardiac disorders,Migraine, Anemia. h) Non co-operative patients i) Pregnant patients as they are contraindicated for Agnikarma
