Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses working for at least 6 month in palliative unit. Nurses who had previous experience in providing palliative care. Nurses who are willing to participate and can share their experiences from their own. Nurses who are able to speak and understand Bengal and English language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses who are in the administrative position in those palliative unit
