Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with classically mentioned signs and symptoms of gridrasi. Patient fit for Bastikarma. Patient fit for TENS physiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with evidence of congenital anomalies of spine, spinal tuberculosis, neoplasms, traumatic fracture and epidural abscess. 2. Patients where surgical intervention needed.8 3. Patient with other systemic disorder like Diabetes mellitus, Cardiac diseases, Renal failure. 4. Pregnant and lactating women, patients with anoâ??rectal disorders.
