Intervention1: UDCA: Group 1 will receive UDCA 10-15 mg per kg per day, daily BD or TDS till 37 weeks period of gestation Control Intervention1: UDCA and Phototherapy: Group 2 will receive UDCA 10-15

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All ANC cases with IHCP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with pruritic skin diseases and other liver pathologies wh are already on treatment for IHCP Lethal fetal anomalies
