Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients is diagnosed as having AAOA on open mouth view X-ray. 2. Age: 40 to 90 Years 3. Patient willing to give consent and participate in the study 4. Psychosocially, mentally and physically able to fully comply with this protocol including adhering to completing forms and other study procedures. 5. Personally, signed and dated informed consent document prior to any study-related procedures indicating that the patient has been informed of all pertinent aspects of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient not fulfilling inclusion criteria 2. Patient not willing to participate in the study or not willing to sign the consent form 3. Patients with h/o of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), tumours, infection or surgery at craniovertebral junction.

The primary end point of this study is the relief of pain by any of the followed treatment modality.Timepoint: 2 Years
