Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 20â??60 yr, ASA grades Iâ??III, scheduled for elective oral surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nasal deformity abnormal coagulation status recurrent epistaxis, gastroesophageal reflux requiring rapid-sequence induction, and latex allergy.

MeasureTime frame
To asses the influence of nasal tip lifting on the passage of the ETT through the nostrilTimepoint: T1 time for introduction through the nose T2 time for introduction through glottis

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
: To study the incidence of bleeding ,intubation time, number of manouvering required for the passage of the ETTTimepoint: T1 during insertion of endotracheal tube through the nostril T2 time required to traverse the nasal cavity to enter the glottis T3 manuvere required at the glottis
