Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate and compare the change in mean average root surface roughness,to evaluate and compare the change in plaque thickness levels in previously scaled and root planed extracted periodontally involved teeth with in vitro plaque growth following debridement with either manual curette [ Group A] or piezoelectric ultrasonic root debridement scaler tip [group B] or glycine powder based air polishing system [Group C] through confocal microscopic analysis at 63 X magnificationTimepoint: One time evaluation at end of intervention
