Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age > 18years 2) Biopsy proven primary adenocarcinoma of the gastric and gastro-esophageal junction 3) Willing to undergo staging investigations 4) Consenting to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Insufficient tissue sample for immuno-histochemical study 2. Prior anti-cancer treatment 3. History of prior malignancy
